The hotel has a lovely ambiance, with a
charming atmosphere that contributes to a pleasant stay. Additionally, I appreciated the good room value, and the staff's friendliness was a highlight. However, parking arrangements could be clearer as navigating to the designated lot was a bit confusing.

missingWrote a review on Oct 22charming architecture24-hour drinksuninspiring breakfast
The unique architecture gave off a charming vibe, making it feel special. Easily accessible 24-hour hot drink dispenser was a nice touch when you needed a boost.
The breakfast left much to be desired. lukewarm food, a lack of milk options in the room, and a toaster that simply didn't cut it. The city views from my room were misleading, with sights of a derelict building instead of anything appealing. Plus, the parking process was tedious and required navigating through narrow streets which could feel stressful at times.

The location is excellent, right near the cathedral and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The room felt cozy, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. I appreciated the complimentary refreshments available throughout the day. Breakfast had a great selection, especially after the staff change improved quality on the last couple of days. However, a lack of variety in the breakfast options could use a little improvement, especially for health-conscious guests. Also, the parking maneuvering was quite stressful due to narrow one-way streets. This wasn’t communicated well at check-in, leading to some frustration. Inconsistent housekeeping also detracted from the stay, with some areas not receiving attention daily. The staff, while nice, often lacked empathy during busy times. These improvements could really enhance the experience.

La Casa De La Trinidad is a lovely boutique hotel located in the city center of stunning Granada. I was kindly upgraded and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the beds were truly comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent and added to my overall positive experience.
The hotel lobby was undergoing redecorating, which made it slightly scruffy.

great stay but noisy nights
The room was clean, spacious, and offered very good air conditioning. I appreciated the complimentary cold drinks and pastries every day, which were a nice touch. The 24-hour staff assistance made me feel well taken care of during my stay. Also, I enjoyed the lovely city view from my room, which added to my experience.
However, the street noise at night could be quite bothersome.

The location was fantastic, with so much to explore nearby! We found several family-friendly restaurants and it was a breeze walking to the main attractions. Our dog loved the little parks around the hotel, making it even more enjoyable for us all.
In my wife’s opinion, a little more info on family-friendly activities would help us plan better.
